¹ In several hotels in Heidelberg, rooms are reserved for ULT-2017 participants until the 15^st of June. The booking and an eventual cancellation of rooms will be a private deal between the ULT-2017 participant and the hotel.

² After the 6^th of August 2017 ULT-2017 registration is possible only on site and only cash can be accepted.
